We currently do not accept any commercial insurances, Medicare or Medicaid. We are happy to provide you with a courtesy “super bill” that can be submitted to all major commercial insurers for out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurer to verify how your plan compensates you for psychiatric / mental health services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does my health insurance plan cover out-of-network providers?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, health savings accounts (HSA) and check only as forms of payment. Payment is due in full at the beginning of the appointment. Future appointments, medication refills and other services will be held if payments are unable to clear.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If this request is not met a fee will charged to your account (all patients are required to have either a debit or credit card on file) in the full amount of the service that was scheduled to be rendered (please see rates above).
